Divvy uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems to generate meals, suggestions, and grocery lists.

- Chat context - AI outputs are generated dynamically and are not medical or nutritional advice.
- We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
- Divvy may process and deliver real-time updates related to AI-generated content (such as image generation or meal creation status) within the app. These updates arescoped to your account and are used solely to reflect the progress or results of actions you initiate. No real-time data is shared with other users.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only as necessary to operate the Service.
A. Service Providers
